1) CHECK IN TIME - 12:00 Noon / CHECK OUT TIME - 11:00 AM 2) We will accept only couples and families at Tranquil. We will not accept any “ALL MALE GROUPS” at Tranquil Resort. As we are very much a family oriented homestay property, it is very important that our other guests feel secure in our environment. 3)4) We do not provide “ROOM SERVICE” to any category of room at Tranquil Resort. We also do not allow outside eatables and beverages to brought into the room. As you will understand, food in the rooms may lead to rodent infestation and hence the curb on the same. All meals will have to be taken only in the common dining area. 4) 5) PET DOGS – As a family of dog lovers, we have at present , three friendly pet dogs that are part of our family - Sparky, our golden retriever and Dynamite (we're not sure what he is!!!) and Sunshine, our Dalmatian. All the dogs have a free reign of the house and are very friendly with guests and will provide hours of entertainment!!! However, please note that they are never tied up!!! Kindly mention the presence of pet dogs on the website with regards to a description of Tranquil. 5) Children sharing between 5 - 12 years will be charged extra. 6) Extras like ayurvedic massage, gift shop, beverages, car transfers, use of resort Jeep & driver, extra meals availed, cookery lessons, staff gratuity, etc are payable in CASH only and not by credit card. 7) • FOR GUESTS COMING FROM BANGALORE / MYSORE NOTE – Please note that the KARNATAKA FOREST CHECK POST (just 16 Kms after Gundulpet Town will close daily at 21:00 PM (evening) and will open only at 06:00 AM (morning). Kindly ensure that your travel plan is made accordingly and to see that you reach the check post prior to the closure time. 8) Please note that we do not serve alcohol at Tranquil as per the laws dictated by the state of Kerala. 9) "NEW YEAR'S EVE SURCHARGE - Rs.5500/- per couple, Extra Adult Sharing - Rs.2750/-, Extra Child Sharing - Rs.2000/- 10) CHRISTMAS DAY SURCHARGE - Rs.3500/- per couple. Extra Adult Sharing - Rs.2000/-, Extra Child Sharing - Rs.1500/- 11) • The minimum stay requirement for the New Year period is 02 nights and the stay should include the 31st of December. 12) Please note that we do not serve alcohol at Tranquil as per the laws dictated by the state of Kerala.
