All the rules have been laid down to keep the property maintained and give the best possible experience to guests. We expect and request all our guests to keep the home as their own for a personalised services and giving a home like feeling. We expect that guests understand the difference between a hotel and a home stay in terms of service levels to have a fruitful experience. Housekeeping We request prior to leaving, guests should clean and give away any kitchenware, linen and highlight any other thing to be cleaned up to the helper . It helps us to clean the house properly for the upcoming guests. There is a helper who cleans the home everyday The helper shall clean the day once a day, we treat our helpers as a part of family and request them for anything to be done within the prescribed time limit from morning 8 till 9 o clock at night considering the human tendency of a normal human being and also respecting his daily personal schedule. We expect the guests also to maintain the same decorum. In case of delay in dinner or any other meal its always better to inform the helper before hand so that he can plan accordingly to serve the guests better. We expect guests to understand that the helper is not a hotel management graduate and keep the expectations of as a normal house helper. This helps to maintain the service levels optimum for guests. Self Cooking We provide guests with cooking gas, utensils, basic spices, sugar, milk. The kitchen is fully equipped and the guest is responsible for it. All pulses, rice cereals and milk is available and part of pricing. ALl non perishable items and any other eatables need to be procured by the guests (Easily available nearby) The cook is not a part of package if required the same can be arranged with an additional cost of 1000 rs per day. Damage Our house is your house, so please treat it with respect as if it were your own. All damage to property must be reported to us immediately. We do not allow smoking inside the cottage as there is a lot of wood around and it is for your safety. But you can smoke away in the outdoor spaces. Electricity and water As a sustainability measure we kindly ask that guests switch off lights and utilize the water judicially when its not in use or leaving the house. The nature shall surely be happy by our little contributions like these. Rights of admission We reserve the right of admission to the cottage. Inappropriate manners or misbehaviour with other guests or management will not be tolerated. Please do give us a feedback so as to serve guests better Our ultimate motive is always to see the guests delighted and touched with place and time they spent when they leave the house.
